To develop and manage the Quality Control testing plan in order to ensure cGMP compliance and timely completion of release and stability activities to achievement of client expectations.
Liaise with QC Team Leaders and Management to ensure proactive management of the Test plan to eliminate delays.
To liaise directly with PCI’s internal departments (e.g. Supply Chain, Project Management, and Commercial Services) with regards to schedule preparation.
Co-ordinate all outsourced testing to ensure test results are received in order to meet the client delivery dates.
Prepare regular reports for support of performance measures highlighting any future shortfalls or opportunities within a timely manner to Senior Management team.
Continually developing systems and procedures through continuous improvements in a bid to enhance performance.
To KPI’s in relation to customer delivery, OTIF and associated measures.
To comply with all Company Policies and Management instructions relating to internal and external Health & Safety, Environmental Standards and Operational requirements as required.
To undertake such tasks and to manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder’s capabilities and responsibilities.
